The Republicans read the US Constitution and introduced a bill in the house that would NOT automatically give citizen ship to babies born here by illegals. It would guarantee that everyone here was a legal citizens. Someone in the audience shouted out that '' Doesn't include Obama''. Did she mean he was not legally here? Did she mean that we should not be looking for his birth certificate because the new law would not pertain to him. Hmmmm......
