There are quite a few states taking the stand that Wisconsin is taking with collective bargaining. Collective bargaining is a terrible tool that should be removed from any labor negotiation. It makes for non-productive, finance draining, employees. If it is such a great thing then why don't the employees just negotiate what they want for themselves. THEY CAN'T. How could a finance draining dead beat employee even have a leg to stand on asking for more money or benefits. THEY COULDN'T. Just think...without 'government collective bargaining' we might be able to get employees that work for their money and the entire government process would be taking one (the first) step toward efficiency. Efficiency is not in collective bargaining vocabulary...........its all about the money
